About the event
Join us for an all-levels Vinyasa flow class in the warmth of a fire-lit yurt at the Memphremagog Ski Touring Foundation (MSTF), located at the Primeau Woods trailhead, 3892 Darling Hill Road. This weekly one-hour class takes place Thursdays at 6:00 PM. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, all levels are welcome.
$20 per class
$15 for MSTF members and SuMMit Fall Yoga students
Payment made directly to the yoga instructor, cash/Venmo. A portion of the fees will be donated back to MSTF in support of their programs.
