Students

We're happy you're here!

Our classes help students find strength, balance and mental clarity.

  • Students must be 16 years or older to attend a class.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled class time

  • Wear lightweight clothing you can move comfortably and sweat in

  • Arrive hydrated

  • ​Bring a mat, water bottle, and a small towel

  • Inform instructor of any injuries or if you will need to leave early​​

  • Complete the Yoga Waiver

Come as you are and enjoy the journey!
